Thank you for contacting the ACNC.  The organisation Conservation and Environmental Education 4 Life with the Australian Business Numberhttp://help.abr.gov.au/BC/Resources/About_the_Australian_Business_Register/What_is_the_Australian_Business_Number_%28ABN%29_/> (ABN) of 41532214575 is not registered as a charity with the ACNC.  The ACNC has no powers to investigate organisations that are not registered charities.  I can advise that as per the information found on the Australian Business Registerhttp://abr.business.gov.au/SearchByAbn.aspx?SearchText=41532214575> this organisation does not have access to any Commonwealth charity tax concessions or Deductible Gift Recipient status.

In order to be eligible for registration with the ACNC, Australian charities must:

  *   be a charity (meaning it must be a not-for-profit, have a charitable purpose and be for the public benefit)
  *   have an Australian Business Number (ABN), and
  *   not be involved in terrorist or other criminal activity

I wish to clarify some information for you regarding the regulation of Australian organisations.  Australian NFP entities can have many legal structures (including unincorporated associations, incorporated associations, cooperatives and companies limited by guarantee) and each has differing levels of state and or federal regulatory obligations. According to the Australian Business Register, Conservation and Environmental Education 4 Life has claimed to be registered as an incorporated organisation within Victoria. However no record of this can be found of this with Consumer Affairs Victoriahttp://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/> - the regulator for Victorian incorporated associations. As I can find no listing for the organisation I cannot refer your complaint to them.

The concerns you raise regarding the use of your photographs and text appear to be of a civil nature and you may wish to seek legal advice regarding your options.

The organisation claims to be a "Non-for-Profit" on their page (FB) and on their main domain that has many of our stolen pictures and work yet when we challenged that fact they then decided to state that a they are waiting now for their NGO status.

However as stated "According to the Australian Business Register, Conservation and Environmental Education 4 Life has claimed to be registered as an incorporated organisation within Victoria. We HAVE tried to explain these details to everyone however the "Page leader"is continually supported even though she has not provided no receipts, no proof of any donations being used even for the Benue Zoo as like we have the actual RESCUE we started invaded by Cee4life, they continually called us liars stating that "we never said we was a charity" (Yes Cee4life) we know that, however that's not what we're saying. We're trying to explain to the public that you are not whom you say you are and you have claimed to be an "organisation" when in fact the Australian government have stated you are NOT. You also stated you was a registered Non Governmental Organisation within India (tut tut no you're not) aqs we checked that too. Oddly we do work in India.

Lastly we highly disagree with your SECOND attempt in asking the public to FUND your air travel. Just in what way does this actually help the animals when in fact one can get a job "then that donations x2 can be used for the ANIMALS".

You asked for donations from the public always asking them to be sent to wildlife calling a UK (????) that conicentidally has ties to WCW that has ties to (ready?) oh yes the Danielles Cheetah Foundation - (Where do they obtain their wild cat cubs again from and just where do the old cats end up?) yes you got it. They end up dead via trophy hunted. (Nice to know our regional aggressors supports that.

Conservation organisation doesn't exists (in fact when we showed you this, we explained that it goes back to your home address) what are you running a rescue from home? And Donna that lives in the the UK really drove you to the Airport to visit Thailand? What from the UK?

You have also stated;

1. You was helping Benue (where is the proof oh yes our pictures and our reports)
2. You stated that THE University of Nigeria and a "governmental assistant" was going to do a report and that the report would be released (well where it is?)
3. All donations that you state run into the thousands (where is the proof of these donations other than what we sent to Benue).
4. You claimed to be doing so many things in Thailand yet we disbelieve that you was in fact there as you had only raised a total of $700 give or take donations from the public purse that was to go to the Cites meetings of PARTIES that you actually asked the public to FUND you again to travel to Thailand (Amazing how one can be in Thailand than in Australia than in Thailand again) yet you accuse ourselves (forgetting that we actually have "units" that were set in motion to help in these type of cases you just have a bunch of internet dollies.
5. You claimed that we lie about our work. If we did then we would not provide the reports, contact sanctions to be on standby. We don't show our work Cee4life as you steal it FROM OUR PAGES then you claim that to be your's thus raising donations. Of course EVERYONE still continues to fall for this.

You have damaged the efforts for Benue Zoo from which 21 animals are placed in danger as of past years attacks on our NGO and your new UK/French Admin that is continually spreading derogatory and defamatory remarks.

When we look for the truth we don't look for it on a Google blog. We search for it the correct way. Your attacks and your emails have again been sent to us from your new UK admin that we have seen sent to Paazab. (That's now placed animals lives in danger) as they were going to help (now they're reluctant again) WELL DONE since October 21st we have demanded actions and help for these animals and you have just technically RUINED that for the remaining 21 animals. (CEE4DEATH)

Your supporters must be blind - Transparent as a wall you are!.

Under no circumstances is anyone falling to new depths however the truth will be told from which it is only up to you to look into and not ourselves. This blog is not owned by any organisation it is owned though by Lisa the woman that has been harassed by Cee4life's administrators even though I have done nothing wrong.

I simply joined a group then was sent threatening emails that unless I left then I would have my name slandered and my account shut down via FALSE reporting. This upset me dearly as all I wanted to do was help the animals.

Three days ago I tried to log into MY account as I wanted to deal with issues regarding DPG. I found that it had been reported by the very same admin that had sent me a threat along with her friend who told me that SHOULD I not leave all groups that he does not like then he and his friend was going to harass and report me). I can see now from the screen shot below who ordered that even though I am a group viewer (not member) and never was a part of a group. I have also heard and seen that MANY other's have been receiving emails of these two people, along with screen shots sent to me and others on my new account. The screen shot off harassment is below. I have now decided to leave Facebook and DPG can stick their donations. My account Lisa Swan still shows but I cannot access it as they reported it for having inappropriate content. I have three pictures on there a deer my cat and myself..

Lisa AND her friends lost over $150 in donations (I really think that it is unfair that someone in the Save The Primate Group) I.e (a troll) should be spying on her just to report her for what? Nothing - or because she was asking to many questions as to where her donations went too.

Is it against the law now to ask questions, and just to reiterate a few things the document above is not illegal to  place online as it was directed at an organisation that I ALSO donated too and "coincidentally"received a receipt and my news update via automated email.

Without mentioning names and or other details we would like to call the judge to examine evidence article #1. A false statement was made against the registrar of an "organisation" that quoted "He the accused stole my petition and placed it on the wall of his website".

I have spoken to the accused and since they registered there organisation in early 2011 they keep all data for historical reference. As they are going to be moving soon they have passed onto myself evidence that proves the above referee on a POLICE STATEMENT stating that the accused stole the accusers work (is actually perjury and wasting police time). Please view evidence article one. Please note to that when a comment is placed on a website by the "comment box" as it was the sender has to place their email and their name and describe what they are placing. No moderation was used however a notification of that "so called stolen work" was sent to an email box.". We have removed all data however will place the data up in full very soon.

NO DIRECT NOR INDIRECT HARASSMENT IS COMING FROM MYSELF OR THE ACCUSED - THE TRUTH IS SIMPLY BEING TOLD.

Now you may be thinking why can we not see the links - You cannot see the links as a complaint was made that spans a whole entire year of verbal and online harassment that I have in evidence. The accuser stated that she wanted this removed from a "domain" stating in a statement I have seen that the accused STOLE how is this possible when the accuser placed it there and no moderation was used.

The accuser also has that in evidence over 14 documents and many "threats" many of which are sent to other people too asking them to NOT join any group that the [accuser] was removed from.

There is of course much more evidence. However as I live in the states I now have to work but I will continue without harassing or threatening but telling the truth.

The above has been sent to me, under no circumstances has harassment been made here, nor any laws been broken as this is already in the public domain and has been viewed by many others back in Janury of last year. So next time you want to believe stories such as this below, then think (who is the real harasser and real liar)?

You have continued to harass, attack and try and deflame CEE4LIFE, which i am admin for.
You were warned after your arrest in Norwich,by the police, to stay away from me with your threats and scamming, by your scam group, and you have not.

I will be going back to the UK police, and registering a complaint that you have broke the conditions set by UK Police and by the way, nothing i am part of puts animals in danger.
As you are attacking CEE4LIFE, you are also attacking me.

This time, i will push for not only an arrest again, but for further action to be taken against you.

Benue Zoo operation was started on 21st October 2012 by I.A.R.F they was also attacked and sent an email by a Lisa Thompson quoting "I am going to destroy your fundraiser and am going to love every minute of it" again all of these individuals support one organisation the named above that has been causing a great deal of stress and upset to many not to mention depriving animals of food and water that they so badly needed in Nigeria.

I the admin of the page will not be intimidated, threatened nor will I see my name Lisa Swan placed on blogs that state I am in some cult. All I wanted to do was help animals, however as I am being deprived that freedom online then what's the point, I donated and that will be and last time I donate again.
